the location was amazing. the staff were very friendly, especially kelvin at concierge. excellent breakfast and service stood out. alice at reception was also very helpful.

I experienced some issues with the wifi. It took a while for the water to heat up in the shower.

Leo, kevin, and haley were cute and helpful. They provided excellent local information and food recommendations. i found the location fabulous, and the rooms were very clean. i would certainly suggest staying here, and i really enjoyed the relaxed vibe at the pool.

The lift did not directly access all floors. I needed to walk up a level to reach certain facilities.
